 | An Aging Prime-time:
Based on a report issued by Magna Global, the prime-time landscape continues to age up. In five years the five broadcast networks, on average, have increased their median age from 46 to 49. CBS remains the oldest skewing at a current median age of 53, which is on par from one year earlier. But ABC, Fox and the CW have all aged up from the 2006-07 season, and Fox is up by a noticeable seven years since 2003-04. Take a look at the five-year track:

Studios Sue To Stop RealDVD Software [DHD] The nation’s top movie companies filed a lawsuit today asking a federal court to stop RealNetworks Inc. from distributing the company’s RealDVD software which allows movies to be copied illegally. In their complaint and motion for a temporary restraining order, the studios said that RealNetworks’ RealDVD violates the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) because its software illegally bypasses the copyright protection built into DVDs that protect movies against theft.

At least that's what analyst agitator Richard Greenfield of Pali Capital thinks.
Selling the Brad Grey-led studio is just one of Greenfield's recommendations in a scathing new report outlining ways for the media giant to boost its wilting stock price, which is down 43 percent this year.
"Paramount has become [Viacom Chairman] Sumner Redstone's 'sports team,' in the sense that its annual cash flow drives a valuation that is well below its private-market value," Greenfield wrote.

Google took second place behind its video-sharing site, followed by social network Facebook and Wikipedia.
Last year Facebook failed to feature in the list.
