The
Point Media is led by Harold Brook, former head of business
affairs at both NBC and CBS. He is one of
the highest-ranking legal and business affairs executives to enter private
practice from the corporate entertainment
arena, bringing with him a wealth of experience and industry
contacts.
Harold has assembled a team of highly experienced and respected professionals to bring
clients the right mix of legal knowledge,
business acumen and practical in-house experience.
Our
senior team includes Jake Jacobson, who headed the business affairs department at Paramount
Network Television; Richard Marks, who ran legal and business affairs for Weintraub Entertainment Group,
Nelvana, Kushner-Locke and Media Home ENtertainment;
Aviva Bergman, who headed the business affairs
departments at Lifetime and ICM; and motion picture veteran Nick La Terza, who
headed the legal and business affairs departments for New World Pictures and Largo Entertainment
after working as a partner at the law firm Sidney & Austin.
